Jenny's Story

"I started my period a few weeks after my 11th birthday, I started feeling pain 4 years later at age 15. It kept getting worse and worse until college when I passed out from my period pain. I was diagnosed with Endo based on my symptoms and was put on birth control. I found out on my own everything I now know about endo and menstrual health. The journey was exhausting, some of the times I felt like I was in medical school trying to figure out what was going on with my body. The biggest turning point was when I passed out from my pain in college, I knew something was wrong and sought the answers that doctors couldn't give me"

Q&A with Jenny

Why I Partnered With Spicey

"Living with endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain has taught me how isolating and overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to manage symptoms and no one seems to have real answers. Bringing natural pain relief to my community is about offering hope, options, and a sense of control. Because every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and educated about their body. So many of us are told our pain is "normal" or "in our heads," especially when it comes to menstrual or pelvic pain. Empowering my community with pain solutions means breaking that cycle and giving people knowledge, tools, and confidence to advocate for themselves and care for their bodies in ways that feel safe and sustainable."

Pain Relief According to Jenny

Why I Love Spicey

My primary use for Spicey Patches: It is a game changer for endometriosis and pelvic pain. Great for travel, exercising, relaxing on the couch, good for cramps, my boyfriend wants to try them on his lower back! They're perfect for going to work and cleaning the house.

  • Disconnect from the Outlet: Spiceys are single-use, so you don't have to mess with batteries or plugs. It's the simplest solution in my medicine bag.
  • All-Day Comfort: These patches give you 8-12 hours (sometimes more!) of cozy warmth, wherever you are.
  • Perfect for On-the-Go: They're thin and flat, so you can pop one on and head out without anyone noticing.
  • Big Enough to Cover What Hurts: At 8 inches long, they really get the job done.
  • Clothes-Friendly Adhesive: Sticks well but won't damage up your outfit.
  • No Weird Smells: Totally scent-free, so you can just focus on feeling better.
  • All-Natural Goodness: No meds, latex, or chemicals—just the natural stuff that works.
